We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests however, bookings less than 24hrs notice or Day Of may require a rush fee.
Yes, we require a $25.00 - $50.00 deposit to reserve a rental.
The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit goes towards the balance of entire rental amount which must be paid in full 48hrs before event.
Our equipment is made of heavy duty commercial grade materials. You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period beyond normal wear & tear.
If you need to cancel for any reason please do so asap. Cancellation should be made as early as possible but no later than 24hrs before event. Cancellation beyond this point will result in forfeit of deposit & delivery fees if we arrive on site. If Cancellation is due to weather you may reschedule and deposit /fees will be reapplied to a new date up to 1 year.
We do NOT accept cash at time of booking. Forms of payment accepted are debit, credit, Cashapp, & ACH payments. Payment can be made online via emailed invoice or a convenient payment link via text message. Cash onsite is only accepted for remaining balances. Both deposit & delivery / set-up fees MUST be paid by card 1st. All payments are secured. We Do NOT record card/account information.
Delivery / Set-up is free up to 10 miles of 48124 area. A fee of $10.00 - $25.00 will be applied thereafter and varies according to distance. Set up of inflatables, tents and concessions is included. All other rentals will be delivered and placed neatly at event site. If you wish to have assistance with set up of your party a $45.00 fee applies for 1 hour of service only.
All rentals are booked for 4 hours ( 2 hours minimum ). We do offer 2 hour extensions for an additional $40.00 on most rentals. Set up is NOT included in booking time. After hour bookings are by appointment only. Please be advised that ALL rentals must be picked up by 8pm unless otherwise specified.
Our main service areas include: Garden City , Westland , Taylor , Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Redford , Canton , Southgate, Brownstown, Inkster , Livonia , Ypsilanti , Belleville & Romulus. We DO however delivery outside of these areas for additional fee.
Delivery fees vary according to distance.
If your preferred time slot looks to be unavailable on our website, please email or contact us to inquire as sometimes we have late cancellations & some slots may not be reflected. We may be able to accommodate you within our schedule.
