Can I Book My Rentals Online?

At this time we do not offer direct booking through our website. We enjoy personally communicating from inquiry to delivery with our customers...whether by phone, text, email or direct message. However, our booking process is easy. See our how it works guide.

Is a deposit required to reserve equipment?

Yes, we require a $25.00 - $50.00

NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve a rental.

The deposit must be paid by card at the time of booking. Bookings made 24hrs or less will require full payment.

What if rental(s) gets Damaged or Lost?

Our equipment is made of heavy duty commercial grade materials. You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period beyond normal wear & tear. In the case rentals are damaged during your booking, we will notify you to rectify the problem before charging the card on file accordingly or seeking further action to deep clean, repair or replace said items.

What If I Need To Cancel?

If you need to cancel for any reason please do so asap but no later than 24hrs before your booking. In the case that rental items can't be set-up due to space, entry/access limitations etc... you will be refunded 50% of fee. Please view the dimensions of the rental items to be sure you have the space, outlets, time, access etc....Weather related cancelations may reschedule and deposit will be reapplied to a new date up to 1 year.

Whats the policy for Inclement Weather?

In the case that the weather is severe...heavy rain, storms, wind etc....We will use our discretion to best advise on cancelation/ rescheduling or if possible, pushing your booking time up/back. We CANNOT set-up outdoors in hazardous conditions. We advise to watch the forecast & try to schedule accordingly.

Is delivery & set up free?

Delivery / Set-up is free within 5 miles of 48124 area. A fee of $10.00 - $25.00+ will be applied thereafter and varies according to distance.

Do you accept cash?

We do NOT accept cash at time of booking. Forms of payment accepted are debit, credit & ACH transfer. Payment can be made online or via our convenient payment link or QR scan. Cash is only accepted for remaining balances on a case by case basis.

Can I keep Rentals Overnight?

We DO NOT offer overnight rentals. ALL rentals must be picked up by 8pm unless otherwise specified. We do offer full day rental which is 8hrs....12pm - 8pm for additional $40.00.

Can I Extend My Rental?

Yes, we advise to plan accordingly and request extra time asap. You may extend your rental time to 6hours/$20 or a Full day 8hours/$40. Extension request must be made atleast 1 hour prior to the original pick-up time via email, text or phone call. Extension request upon pick-up can not be granted.

How Do I Pay?

Our most popular & preferred way to pay is our convenient payment link which can be sent via text or email once the booking form is completed & confirmed. You may also request an invoice by email or pay online via the link above. Only final balances can be paid with cash on a case by case basis. We also accept Cashapp & Venmo.

Is there a minimum rental rate?

Yes, our minimum for rental/delivery is $75.00 unless location is within 5 miles of 48124 area. Rentals lower than the minimum will be charged accordingly to meet the minimum rate.

Where Do You Deliver?

Delivery/Set-up $10.00: Dearborn Heights, Garden City, Westland, Taylor, Inkster, Redford

Delivery/Set-up $15.00: Allen Park, Romulus, Melvindale, Southgate, W. Detroit, Brownstown, Livonia, Wyandotte, River Rouge

Delivery/Set-up $20.00: Plymouth, Canton, W. Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, Belleville, Ypsilanti, East/Downtown Detroit, Southfield, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Warren, Novi

Cities 25 miles + from 48124: $25.00+

Do you service Parks?

Yes, we do service local parks. Be advised that some parks require you to obtain a permit or show proof of insurance ( we are insured) or may even have their own vendor list. If booking at a park location, be sure of their electrical outlet availability. If there is no electrical hookup, a generator will be needed. We can provide a generator for $75.00.
