How It Works!

How far in advance do I need to reserve party equipment?

We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests however, bookings less than 24hrs notice may require a rush fee.

Is a deposit required to reserve equipment?

Yes, we require a $25.00 - $50.00

NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve a rental.

The deposit must be paid by card at the time of booking. The deposit goes towards the balance of entire rental amount which MUST be paid no later than 12pm on your booking date. A detailed invoice will be emailed 24hrs before.

What if equipment is damaged or lost during my rental period?

Our equipment is made of heavy duty commercial grade materials. You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period beyond normal wear & tear. Our system stores card information up to 72hrs. In the case rentals are damaged during your booking, we will notify you to rectify the problem before charging the card on file accordingly.

What If I Need To Cancel?

If you need to cancel for any reason please do so asap but no later than 24hrs before your booking. IF we arrive on site the delivery /set-up fee will be forfeited. In the case that rental items can't be set-up due to space, entry/access limitations etc... you will be refunded except deposit & set-up/delivery fee. Please view the dimensions of the rental items you want to be sure you have the space, outlets, time, access etc....Weather related cancelations may reschedule and deposit will be reapplied to a new date up to 1 year.

Do you accept cash?

We do NOT accept cash at time of booking. Forms of payment accepted are debit, credit & ACH transfer. Payment can be made online or via our convenient payment link or QR scan. Cash is only accepted for remaining balances on a case by case basis. All payments are secure.

Is delivery & set up free?

Delivery / Set-up is free within 5 miles of 48124 area. A fee of $10.00 - $25.00+ will be applied thereafter and varies according to distance.

What Are The Minimum/Maximum Rental Periods?

Rental periods are 4 hours long except water feature bouncers (6hrs). We do offer extensions....$25/6hrs & Full-day...8hrs/$45. Full-day rentals are set-up at 12pm and picked up by 8pm. We recommend booking for extra time prior to or up to 1 hour before your booking time ends. Once onsite...WE CANNOT EXTEND. We DO NOT offer overnight rentals. ALL rentals must be picked up by 8pm unless otherwise specified.

Where Do You Deliver?

Delivery/Set-up $10.00: Dearborn Heights, Garden City, Westland, Taylor, Inkster, Redford

Delivery/Set-up $15.00: Allen Park Melvindale, Southgate, W. Detroit, Brownstown, Livonia, Wyandotte, River Rouge

Delivery/Set-up $20.00: Plymouth, Canton, W. Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, Belleville, Ypsilanti, East/Downtown Detroit, Southfield, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Warren, Novi

Cities 25 miles + from 48124: $25.00+

Can I Extend My Rental?

Yes, we advise to plan accordingly and request extra time asap. You may extend your rental time to 6hours/$25 or a Full day 8hours/$45. Extension request must be made atleast 1 hour prior to the original pick-up time via email, text or phone call. Extension request upon pick-up will not be granted.

How Do I Pay?

Our most popular & preferred way to pay is our convenient payment link which can be sent via text or email once the booking form is completed & confirmed. You may also request an invoice by email or pay online. Only final balances can be paid with cash on a case by case basis. We also accept Cashapp & Venmo.

Is there a minimum rental rate?

Yes, our minimum for rental/delivery is $75.00 unless location is within 5 miles of 48124 area. Rentals lower than the minimum will be charged accordingly to meet the minimum rate.

Do you service Parks?

Yes, we do service local parks. Be advised that some parks require you to obtain a permit or show proof of insurance ( we are insured) or may even have their own vendor list. If booking at a park location, be sure of their electrical outlet availability. If there is no electrical hookup, a generator will be needed. We can provide a generator for $75.00.
